We specialise in creating homes for elderly individuals and those with functional change who wish to remain confident and independent in their own homes. Our focus is on providing a high-quality comprehensive housing solution whether that is a full renovation or brand new build.

We offer transparent costs and a fully integrated team approach, through our Occupational Therapy, Design and Build team, ensuring your home is not just built, but designed for your specific life needs.
By bringing together the expertise of an Occupational Therapist, Architectural Designer, and a Builder, we ensure that the clinical needs (OT), the aesthetic and structural design (Architect), and the practical construction (Builder) are perfectly aligned from day one.
We excel at both. Our ideal projects are full renovations or new builds where we can apply our holistic design-and-build approach. We ensure that every home modification enhances quality of life without compromising on aesthetics—delivering functional and beautiful living environments. For housing modifications we would be looking at clients who have 2 or more spaces they want altered eg: bathroom and access point or stairwell and kitchen.
